About us
Waste management and recycling since 1980
Taurus Waste Recycling was founded in 1980 and is still privately owned: the people who run it also own it. We deliver over 25,000 skips a year to homes and businesses, and sort what comes back at our own licensed recycling facilities.

Keeping waste out of landfill
Over the years we've kept investing in recycling equipment to get more out of every load. Today we divert over 95% of the waste we receive away from landfill, either to be reused as materials like crushed brick, soil and woodchip, or turned into fuel for waste-to-energy plants. Our aim is 100%.
